A team of high school students from all over the Houston area was assembled by Texas Pictures to help create this powerful, graphic documentary that targets teens as the audience. The production team was given rare behind-the-scenes access to DWI enforcement, prisoner arrests and processing, DWI crash scenes, emergency rooms, courtrooms and other locations to develop the content of this documentary. The team of teens was involved in every stage of the production process to ensure the finished work effectively communicates to an audience of their peers. I had a shitty day, so I walked down to the nearest bar and had a few drinks. Then I walked home and had some more there. Thought I'd play some Dirt 3 afterwards and this was the result. I wasn't really "drunk", but would have definitely failed a breathalyzer test. This video was created using assets from "DIRT 3" by Codemasters.

Which do you think is better? The better will be kept on Youtube while the other is taken off. I don't need two videos of basically the same thing.

(dont have the official charge yet, (if you notice near the end the plate seems to come back to a Pontiac even though it was a MB (jacked plates) Instantly driver was in Front Seat of OHP Cruiser Started off tape, while he/she was waiting for green arrow to go green (was green) and clipping a curb on the on ramp. Thought maybe texting and driving but after worse than you see in the video it was a probable DWI DUI. I dont care what you do as long as you dont Drive Drunk.... I dont think the officers where dispatched on this call as Code 3, as the driver is lucky to not have caused a accident, I had to Warn other drivers coming up in the lane next to us to slow down *(most did some didnt, Real lucky) TD 12:00PM CDT 05/01/2011 Case Number: Unkown at this time. Charges: Unkown at this time Case Outcome: Unkown at this time I like everyone else dont want more of a chance of getting speeding ticket but we need More Troopers on the road to stop these Drunks. We took her case to trial and she was found NOT GUILTY. But it cost her - emotionally and financially. Dozens of Texans in Collin County (Plano and McKinney) and Dallas County are arrested every night for drunk driving on the same amount of evidence presented here in this video. And the question is this: should she have been arrested? The Constitutional legal standard that applies is "probable cause" under the 4th amendment.
