He was checked with laser at 126 MPH. The way he was stopped was much safer than the way he was driving. He would not have been stopped that way if it could not have been done safely.

My friends and I made this video for the Toyota Teen Driver Video Competition. The distraction we chose to create our video about is the danger of texting while driving. In our film, we suggest not to text and drive, period, because it greatly increases the chances of having a crash or being killed in one. Simple solutions to not text and drive include but are not limited to: - Storing your cell phone in the trunk or other incesable areas while driving. - Turning your cell phone off while driving. - Being wise and ignoring text messages all together and waiting until exiting the vehicle to read them (the solution we chose to use in our film).
